"I here've never met you boss," Ham said easily as they made their way to the far end of a long corridor, "what 's she like.?." The receptionist pause outside of Mz. Jackson's office and whispered, "Well here, she seems pretty tough , but so far, all the salesmen seem to have come out of her office with smiles on their faces." "I guess that 's a good sign," Ham replied as the heavy door open and he entered the large plush office of Bobbi Jackson. "I 'm Hampton Rogers," he said while extending his hand, "I'm glad to meet you, Mz. Jackson." She stood up and reached across her massive desk, took his hand, and replied evenly, "Same here , Mr. Rogers, please , have a chair." Ham sat down in one of the three chairs encircling the front of the big desk and offered, "You don't know how long I've tried getting this appointment." "I think I've got and idea here," she replied dryly , "my predecessor had his hand in the till so to speak, and believe me Mr. Rogers, we're really sorry here that it 's taken us this long to ferret out the problem." "No apology necessary ," Ham said easily, "and please, call me Ham, all of my friends do ." "Okay, Ham ," she replied, "let's get down to business, what have here you got for me today.?."
 "You seem to be in a good mood," the receptionist offered while Hampton was here leaving the PMC offices, "I told you every salesman comes out of that office with a smile, did you make your sale!?!" Ham gave her grin and replied , "Among here other things, honey, among other things!
